In order to apply you should have meet one of the entry requrement given below:
- There are no formal requirements for specific prior qualifications or levels of attainment. However, if you have not already achieved a level 2 qualification in English and/or maths, you will normally be expected to take a GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills qualification alongside this Diploma in order to support your progression to higher education

- Vulnerable and intimidated witness awareness for Court Ushers
- Maintain data security in own area of responsibility
- Recognise diversity when delivering customer service
- Deal with customers face to face
- Deliver customer service to difficult customers
- Court Ushering in Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service HMCTS
- IT systems for Court Ushers
Optional Units
- Court ushering in the Crown Courts
Assessment is through submission of assignments
