Course Description
The Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management is a 120 credit size qualification, and is the equivalent level to the 2nd year of a degree. Learners must complete 5 mandatory units worth 80 credits and a further 3 or 4 optional units totalling 120 credits to achieve this qualification.
In this programme, learners will have the opportunity to explore specialist management issues and develop understanding of management and to develop key management skills.

Who is this course for?
Learners who complete this qualification can progress to the third year of a variety of Bachelor’s Degree Top-Up Programmes at a higher education institution or can progress for further level 6 qualifications such as Level 6 Diploma in Management.

- The Learners must possess:
• Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 4 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or equivalent qualification
or
• Mature learners with management 3 years of work experience in case of no formal qualification
and
• Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course
