This qualification covers key areas of management such as Leadership and Research with focus on Finance. It also provides entry to an MBA at a range of universities in the UK and overseas.
The qualification offers flexible route to the learners who have already achieved management qualifications at a lower level and learners who do not have business or management qualifications, but may have qualifications in other areas and/or prior management experience in the work place.
The qualification gives :
● Opportunities for learners to acquire knowledge and understanding and develop a range of skills, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in working life
● Specialisms that are directly related to learners’ current responsibilities or that meet a particular interest and support career development

Equivalences
The qualifications at RQF Level 6 represent practical knowledge, skills, capabilities and competences that are assessed in academic terms as being equivalent to Bachelor’s Degrees with Honours, Bachelor’s Degrees, Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Graduate Diplomas and Graduate Certificates.
Qualification structure
The Level 6 Diploma in Management consists of the 4 mandatory units that provide a total of
60 credits.

Entry Requirements+
In order to apply you should have meet one of the entry requrement given below:
- The Learners must possess:
● Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or equivalent qualification
or
● Work experience of 4 years or more in case you do not hold any formal qualification
and
● Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

To achieve this qualification learner must complete 2 of the 4 core units totalling 30 credits. Learners taking the Finance Pathway take 2 units from the Finance Pathway.
