I approached the Executive Certificate in Penguin Training Techniques with a healthy dose of scepticism, but I was pleasantly surprised by the depth and breadth of the course content. The instructors were clearly experts in their field, and the course materials were well-structured and easy to follow. I appreciated the emphasis on evidence-based training methods and the opportunity to engage with peers from a variety of backgrounds. One area where the course really excelled was in providing practical examples and case studies, which helped to illustrate key concepts and make the material more engaging. While there were some areas where I felt the course could be improved, overall I was satisfied with the experience and feel like I gained some valuable knowledge and skills.
