Course Description
Level 5 Award in Investigative Claimant Interviewing is a 8 credits qualification. It aims to develop knowledge of those aspects of organisations that concern and support people. This includes communication practices, teamwork, remote working and other organisational structures.
The main objective of the Level 5 Award in Investigative Claimant Interviewing is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to plan and conduct interviews with claimants, draw conclusions from interviews and present their findings.

You should take the Level 5 Diploma if you are relatively new to management or are seeking a first management role, have already either achieved Level 3 qualifications, completed training at this level in a related area to management or have prior, relevant experience in the workplace or want to develop a comprehensive set of knowledge, understanding and skills relating to management.
